How long does it take to ship?

My current processing time is 2-6 business days which can stretch during the busy holiday season. I ship using USPS Ground Advantage which takes anywhere from 3-5 business days to arrive.

Do you ship internationally?

My site is currently not set up for international shipping, however, you currently can order internationally on my Etsy shop!

At this time I cannot ship orders to countries within the EU due to GPSR regulations. I hope to obtain the necessary requirements in the future so I can resume shipping to countries within the EU!

Return Policy (Physical Items)

Returns are permitted within 30 days of delivery, however the buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs. Returned items must be returned in original condition.

Return Policy (Digital Items/Patterns)

Returns for digital items/patterns are not permitted. Please reach out to me if you have any questions or if you need help!

Do you accept custom orders?

I take custom orders on a rolling basis. I tend to not accept them during the holidays because I am busy, but feel free to reach out to me if you have an idea!

How should I care for my new little friend?

Each little friend is handmade by me, so I generally recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth with water and mild soap. These little critters probably wouldn't do too well in a washing machine!
